These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website studioteczie.com and the podcast studio rental, video production, and content creation services (the “Services”) offered by Studio Teczie (“we”). By accessing our website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

01 — About Our Services

Studio Teczie provides podcast studio rental, video podcast production, reels and social media content shoots, interview and talk show recording, and related creator studio services. We do not sell or ship any physical products; all offerings under these Terms relate solely to studio-based and production Services.

02 — Bookings

Bookings for studio sessions or Services can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after we have acknowledged it in writing (via email, message, or invoice) and, where applicable, the required advance payment has been received.

You are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of booking, including date, time, duration, and number of participants.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking due to unavailability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Session timings are allocated in fixed slots; arriving late does not extend your booked session time.

03 — Client Responsibilities

When using our studio and Services, you agree to:

Arrive on time and be ready to begin recording at the scheduled slot.
Ensure that you hold all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any content, music, scripts, or material brought into the studio or used during your session.
Treat studio equipment, furniture, and premises with care, and report any damage immediately.
Ensure that guests or participants you bring to the session also comply with these Terms.
Refrain from any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful conduct or content during the session.

04 — Fees and Payment

Service fees are as communicated at the time of booking or as listed on our website, and are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
An advance payment or full payment may be required to confirm a booking, as specified during the booking process.
All applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the quoted price, unless stated otherwise.
Invoices will be shared via email upon confirmation or completion of the Service.

05 — Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund/Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that Policy for detailed timelines and conditions.

06 — Deliverables and Turnaround

Turnaround times for edited content, raw footage, or audio files will be communicated at the time of booking or in the project scope.
Delays caused by incomplete briefs, delayed approvals, or client-side changes may affect the agreed turnaround time.
Any revisions included in a package will be as specified in the applicable service scope or quotation; additional revisions may be chargeable.

07 — Intellectual Property

Ownership of final delivered content (audio, video, or edited material) will transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Studio Teczie retains the right to use non-confidential, unbranded excerpts of studio work (such as behind-the-scenes footage or studio setup visuals) for its own portfolio, marketing, or social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to any third-party content, music, or material used during their session.

08 — Limitation of Liability

Studio Teczie will take reasonable care in providing the Services but shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, or data, arising from the use of our studio or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

09 — Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

10 — Termination of Access

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or remove any client or guest from our premises in the event of misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund for the affected session.

11 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

12 — Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
